David Coyle is an artist currently living in Philadelphia, PA. Coyle received a BFA from Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia in 1997 and an MFA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2002. His work has been included in many group exhibitions in the US and Europe, including

40000 (Chicago),
The Hyde Park Art Center (Chicago),
Ampersand International (San Francisco), and
RAID Projects (Los Angeles). Solo exhibitions include
VON ZWECK in Chicago,
Project Row Houses in Houston, and
40000 in Chicago. Coyle was one of 50 artists in the US nominated for the Altoids Emerging Artist Award through the New Museum in New York in 2008.
